"In the event that your product arrives defective, damaged, or misprinted, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date. If you provide photos of the issue, we will promptly initiate a return or free replacement process."

3. Sizing Disclaimer

"Since our products are made to order, we are unable to offer exchanges for size changes. We kindly ask you to carefully check the size charts provided on each product page before completing your purchase."

4. Return Address

"Please contact us before returning any items so we can provide you with the correct return address. Returns sent directly to the manufacturer or returns that have not been pre-approved may not be processed."
